RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Return Period

You may return most new, unworn items within 5 days from the date of delivery for a refund or store credit.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Tags must still be attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items

  • Underwear/intimates (for hygiene)

  • Customized or personalized products

4. Return Process

  1. Contact our support at Admin@team.xzbclothing.com within 5 days of delivery.

  2. Provide order details and reason for return.

  3. We will issue Return Authorization and return instructions.

  4. Ship the item back with tracking (you may be responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error).

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery if the item is unworn and in original condition. Contact support to request an exchange and confirm availability.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at Admin@team.xzbclothing.com with photos so we can assist you.
